The new building next to the marina, this one to be offices and maybe a restaurant.

It's officially called Ardrossan Quayside and is about to be occupied (in May 2017) by various companies.

A second building is planned on the far side of this one, as seen from this direction.

These were taken in low afternoon winter sunlight in late January, 2017.

On the left are the marina office (blue roof) and Cecchini's restaurant in the brick building (a converted power house) with the glassed dining area and outdoor tables with excellent views of the marina.
