North Berwick seafront and harbour
North Berwick, East Lothian
From the beach to the west of the harbour, looking to the east with the Bass Rock in the middle distance.
You can see the main harbour and the roof of the Seabird Centre as well as the harbour-side buildings. There's also a bulk carrier moving into the Forth from the south-east hidden in the mist.
This unique view required careful positioning of the kite and an even more careful lens choice to get just the right perspective and content in the photograph.
This is the harbour area of North Berwick in East Lothian, showing the Scottish Seabird Centre and the island of Craigleith, looking north towards the Fife coast with Largo Law prominent to the left.
This is the harbour looking down from over the ruins of St Andrews Chapel.
Oddly, there's no information on the quality of the bacon rolls from the snack van on the far harbour wall. Maybe next time...
This is another unique view, in this case showing Berwick Law and the beach in one photo.
