Port Glasgow
The Shipbuilders of Port Glasgow
The shiny new sculptures in Coronation Park, Port Glasgow, on the shores of the Clyde.
Looking south-west towards the main road (the A8) nearby.
Markers for the four points of the compass are added. The woman sitting on
the bench at the front right gives you an idea of the scale.
A little further back. These were all taken on a bright day in April,
the shiny metal offering a serious challenge as any photographer will tell you.
A few views from ground level. This one is looking over the Clyde towards Cardross
on the northern bank.
Looking west towards Ferguson's shipyard.
A couple of the feet.
